Gender Dialogue

The Gender Dialogue Project is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of gender equality among marginalized ethnic communities in Myanmar. The project involves open dialogue between young and upcoming female and male leaders from civil society organizations. They exchange ideas of gender equality and enhance understanding and cooperation between men and women in the community. After 12 to 14 dialogue sessions, participants will design a gender equality awareness program that can be disseminated within their communities, interwoven with their own creative ideas on how to elevate women to leadership and decision-making positions in their communities.
